A person sells the seats

There is no checkout on this website, and there never has been. Ring, email, or come to the window on Weft Street and someone who has seen the show will help you pick a seat.

Access

How the access performances work

Captioned

The full text, including who is speaking and significant sound, appears on a caption unit at the side of the stage. Tell us when you book and we will seat you where the unit is easiest to read.

Audio-described

Live description of the action through a headset, with a touch tour of the set an hour before curtain if you would like one. Headsets are free; ask for one at the box office window.

Relaxed

House lights stay partly up, loud moments are softened, and you can come and go as you need. The quiet room off the foyer is open throughout. Nobody will mind noise.

In the building

  • Step-free access to the auditorium, foyer and cafe-bar.
  • Accessible WC on the foyer level.
  • Assistance dogs are welcome in the auditorium; we will look after water bowls.
  • A quiet room off the foyer, open before, during and after every performance.
  • Disabled patrons bring an essential companion free of charge.
  • Tell us what you need when you book, or ring and ask — the question is never a nuisance.
